ItsRoop Ltd is an early-stage start-up in the luxury retail space. We are building market presence, supplier relationships, and a scalable business model. We need a proactive individual who can handle business development from the ground up.
Role Summary
This newly created role supports early company growth. You will help build commercial foundations, identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and shape strategic direction while working closely with the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy Development
- Identify markets, customers, and sales channels
- Analyse competitors & industry trends
- Develop growth plans and strategies
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Approach customers & partners
- Build initial sales pipeline
- Create proposals & presentations
- Client & Supplier Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with early clients
- Support supplier/distributor partnerships
- Gather customer feedback for improvements
- Business Operations Support
- Set up sales processes & workflows
- Assist in pricing & revenue planning
- Coordinate with HR & outsourced teams
- Marketing & Brand Development
- Support marketing materials & campaigns
- Help build online presence
- Provide customer insights
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Prepare sales & pipeline reports
- Maintain organised records
- Support basic operational tasks
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Strong independent working ability
- Excellent communication & negotiation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Desirable
- Experience in small/start-up teams
- Business development or sales experience
- Knowledge of retail/luxury/e-commerce
- Familiarity with CRM & digital sales tools
