1. Our Promise

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer an easy, free-of-charge 7-day return policy, applicable within the UK only. We will send you a prepaid return label upon request.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • The return must be sent back within 7 days of delivery (UK only).

Returns outside this window may be refused.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale items

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 working days
  • Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges (refund only).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue
  • We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you
